I’ve been using creatine from MST for a while now, and I’m honestly really impressed. The quality feels great, and one thing that really stands out is how well it dissolves. It mixes super easily in water or shakes without leaving any clumps or gritty texture, which is a huge plus compared to other brands I’ve tried.
