MST® BCAA & EAA is an amino acid powder with 8 essential amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan, L-Phenylalanine, and L-Methionine. One serving (13 g) provides 7.61 g of amino acids. BCAA & EAA also contains vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and chicory-derived inulin.

What is the difference between BCAA and EAA?

BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) are the three amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. EAA is the general term for essential amino acids, which the body cannot produce itself and must obtain from food. BCAAs are part of the EAAs. MST® BCAA & EAA contains all three BCAAs as well as five other essential amino acids.

How do I take BCAA & EAA?

On training days, dissolve one serving of BCAA & EAA (13 g = 2 scoops) in 300 ml of water and drink before, during, or after training. On rest days, take one serving throughout the day. For better solubility, shake in a shaker for 30 seconds. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
