MST® Selenium provides 200 µg of selenium per tablet from L-selenomethionine, an organic form of selenium. The bottle contains 180 tablets and, at 1 tablet a day, lasts 180 days – around six months. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system and normal thyroid function, helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

Buying selenium made in Germany – what should you look for?

Pay attention to the country of manufacture, the form of selenium, the exact amount per tablet, and a short ingredient list.
