FORTIGEL® is a branded ingredient from GELITA AG: collagen peptides obtained from bovine collagen through enzymatic hydrolysis. During hydrolysis, collagen is broken down into shorter peptides.

How do I take Collagen Peptides FORTIGEL®?

Consume 10 g (2 scoops) daily with plenty of liquid (250 ml), preferably in the morning before breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How long does one can last?

Bovine collagen or fish collagen - what’s the difference?

Collagen Peptides FORTIGEL® contains bovine collagen. Bovine collagen and fish collagen differ mainly in their source. Fish collagen is suitable for anyone who wants to avoid beef products, but is not suitable for people with a fish allergy. MST® offers both options.
