Doza recomandată:

Take 4 capsules (1 serving) with plenty of liquid (300 ml), preferably before and after a workout. On days without training, take 4 capsules with plenty of liquid (300 ml) in the morning after getting up and in the evening before going to bed. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrsmenge darf nicht überschritten werden. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kein Ersatz für eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung und eine gesunde Lebensweise.
