What is MST® All Vitamins 120 Tablets?

MST® All Vitamins is a vitamin and mineral complex in tablet form. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D3, E and K, as well as niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin, along with calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, selenium, iodine and molybdenum. The container contains 120 tablets.

Vitamin complexes for strength athletes – what should I look out for?

Pay attention to the amount of each nutrient per daily serving as a percentage of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV), to appropriate compound forms, to the number of tablets per day, and to avoiding duplicate sources of minerals such as zinc, magnesium, and selenium across multiple supplements. A complex does not replace a balanced diet, but it can conveniently supplement it during periods of heavy training. MST® All Vitamins provides vitamins and minerals in one formula with 2 tablets daily.

How do I take MST® All Vitamins?

Take 2 tablets daily with plenty of liquid (approx. 200 ml), preferably with a meal. If taking other vitamin or mineral supplements at the same time, take the total amounts into account. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking medication, please consult a doctor or pharmacist beforehand. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How long does MST® All Vitamins 120 Tablets last?

At 2 tablets daily, the bottle lasts 60 days. The 120-tablet bottle is the bulk size.

Are all MST® vitamins vegan?
