MST® Fish Collagen Peptides is a ready-to-drink collagen liquid with collagen hydrolysate from fish (VERISOL® F), vitamin C, zinc, niacin, copper, vitamin B2, and biotin. Sweetened with erythritol, sucralose, and steviol glycosides.

What is VERISOL®?

VERISOL® is a branded ingredient from GELITA AG: specific collagen peptides obtained from collagen through enzymatic hydrolysis. VERISOL® B is bovine-derived, and VERISOL® F is fish-derived.

How do I take Fish Collagen Liquid?

Consume 1 serving daily (25 ml, approx. 1 measuring cup) with plenty of liquid (200 ml), preferably in the morning, 30 minutes after eating. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How long does one bottle last?

The 500 ml bottle contains 20 servings of 25 ml each. At one serving per day, it lasts 20 days.

Fish collagen or bovine collagen - what’s the difference?

This liquid contains collagen from fish and is not suitable for people with a fish allergy. Bovine collagen and fish collagen differ primarily in their source. Fish collagen is suitable for anyone who wants to avoid beef products, but is not suitable for people with a fish allergy. MST® offers both options.
