Zinc Chelate Bisglycinate 90 Tabletten

Miriam Keller

Protein Best Whey + Enzyme 2010 g Natural

Leon Weber

Between training, clients, home and a thousand other things, some days I’m running at full speed… and that’s where my ashwagandha comes in 🌿 MST’s Ashwagandha KSM-66® is one of the most studied forms out there, which is why I chose it. I take it in the evening, and it’s become part of my routine to switch off at the end of the day.
I like that it’s a quality extract and not just any root powder. With supplements like this, quality makes all the difference 🤍
They come in capsules, no weird taste, and I take them with dinner. Just so you know: it’s not for everyone. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have thyroid issues or take medication, check with your doctor first.

This is one of those supplements you don’t see, but it never misses in my routine ☀️ I take MST’s Vitamin D3 + K2 every day with breakfast. Even living in Spain, so many people have low vitamin D: we spend a lot of time indoors, we wear sunscreen… and even more so in autumn and winter.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscles and to the normal function of the immune system. And K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. That’s why I love having them together in one capsule 🦴
The capsules are small and easy to take, and one a day is enough for me. Simple and convenient.
I recommend taking it with a meal that has some fat (avocado, eggs, nuts…), as it’s absorbed better that way 🥑

My secret for the days I show up to the gym with zero motivation 💥 MST’s Beta Alanine + Caffeine are tablets I take before training, and I can really feel the difference. The caffeine gives me that boost of energy and focus, and the beta-alanine helps me push through longer sets when the muscle starts to “burn” 🔥
What I love most is that they’re tablets: no shakes to mix, no tubs to carry around. I just take them with water a little before I start and that’s it.
Heads up: beta-alanine can cause a tingling feeling on your skin. It’s completely normal and goes away quickly 😄
I don’t take them if I train late, though, otherwise I can’t sleep 😅

If you sweat as much as I do when training, you need to know about this 💦
MST’s Aqua Power Boost is an isotonic drink with electrolytes, and since I started using it for long sessions I finish with so much more energy and without that “drained” feeling.
It has Cluster Dextrin, a carb that absorbs really well, plus taurine. I love it for leg day, cardio or hot days (and in southern Spain that’s almost every day 😂).
The green apple flavour is so good, fresh and not too sweet. I mix it in my bottle and sip it throughout my whole workout. Hydrating well is part of training well

With all the training I do, my joints need some love too, and this collagen has been part of my routine for a while now 🍍
It’s MST’s Fortigel® collagen, a type of collagen specifically designed for joints and cartilage. And the best part: it’s liquid, so no mixing powders. I just take my dose in the morning and that’s it.
The pineapple flavour is really nice and fresh, nothing like those collagens that taste weird 😅
For me it’s a must, especially with all the squats, jumps and heavy lifting. Take care of your joints before they hurt, not after 🙌
