What is MST® Hydro Whey?

MST® Hydro Whey is a protein powder made from hydrolyzed whey protein (whey peptides) in Raspberry Yogurt flavor. During hydrolysis, the protein is broken down into smaller peptides. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Hydro Whey, whey isolate, or concentrate – what’s the difference?

Whey concentrate is the classic, affordable form. Whey isolate is filtered more heavily and has a higher protein content. Hydrolyzed whey (hydro whey) is additionally broken down into peptides with enzymes and is the most highly processed form - popular with athletes who prefer a light protein right around their workouts.

How do I take MST® Hydro Whey?

Stir or shake 1 serving (1 scoop, approx. 30 g) into 250–300 ml of water or milk. Ideal immediately after training or as a protein-rich snack. The exact serving size is indicated on the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How long does MST® Hydro Whey 900 g last?

The 900 g can contains about 30 servings – enough for around a month if you take one serving a day.
