What is MST® All Vitamins 60 Tablets?

MST® All Vitamins is a vitamin and mineral complex in tablet form. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D3, E and K, as well as niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin, along with calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, chromium, selenium, iodine and molybdenum. The bottle contains 60 tablets.

How do I take MST® All Vitamins?
