MST® Beauty Fish Collagen is a collagen powder with collagen hydrolysate from fish (VERISOL® F), MSM (OptiMSM®), sodium hyaluronate, L-lysine, L-proline, grape seed extract, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, biotin, and vitamin D.

What is VERISOL®?

VERISOL® is a branded ingredient from GELITA AG: specific collagen peptides obtained from collagen through enzymatic hydrolysis. VERISOL® B is bovine-derived, and VERISOL® F is fish-derived.

How do I take Beauty Fish Collagen?

Consume 1 serving daily (7.5 g, approx. 1 scoop) with plenty of liquid (300 ml), preferably in the morning before breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
