What is included in Flex Pro?

Per serving (15 g): 5000 mg collagen hydrolysate (Solugel®), 2000 mg MSM, 750 mg glucosamine sulfate, 600 mg chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, frankincense extract, curcumin, bromelain and AstraGin®, as well as vitamins A, C, D and E, and calcium, zinc and selenium.

What are the vitamins and minerals for?

Vitamin C (240 mg per serving) contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Vitamin D, calcium, and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress.

How do I take Flex Pro?

Dissolve 1 serving (15 g, approx. 1 scoop) in 300 ml of water daily, preferably in the morning after breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

How long does one can last?

The 1350 g can contains 90 servings of 15 g each. At one serving per day, it lasts 90 days.

Who is Flex Pro not suitable for?

Flex Pro contains glucosamine from crustaceans and is not suitable for people with a crustacean allergy. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with impaired glucose tolerance, and those taking blood-thinning medication should only take glucosamine after consulting a doctor. Not suitable for children or adolescents. Avoid taking other zinc-containing dietary supplements.

Ich habe Flex Pro genommen, weil ich meine Gelenke bei regelmäßigem Krafttraining zusätzlich unterstützen wollte. Die Zusammensetzung mit Kollagen und weiteren Komponenten hat mich angesprochen, und die große 1350-g-Packung ist für mich praktisch, weil ich es länger verwenden kann. Green Apple schmeckt frisch und leicht säuerlich, nicht zu süß. Ich trinke es meistens nach dem Training und es lässt sich gut anmischen.
