What is MST® Micellar Casein?

MST® Micellar Casein is a protein powder made from micellar casein—the main protein in milk—here in Salted Caramel flavor. Casein is digested more slowly than whey, making it particularly suitable as a shake in the evening or between longer gaps between meals. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones.

Casein or whey – which is better for me?

Whey is digested quickly and is the classic choice right after training. Casein forms a gel-like structure in the stomach and releases its amino acids over several hours - ideal in the evening before bed or when you won't be able to eat for a while. Many athletes combine both: whey after training, casein in the evening.

How do I take MST® Micellar Casein?

Mix 1 serving (30 g, 1 scoop) into 250 ml of water or low-fat milk (1.5% fat) and drink. Preferably in the morning or in the evening before going to bed. With less liquid, it becomes creamy like pudding. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How long does MST® Micellar Casein 2000 g last?

The 2,000 g package contains approximately 60 servings of 30 g each—at one serving per day, that’s around 60 days. The 2 kg package is the most economical per serving.

Which allergens does MST® Micellar Casein contain?

MST® Micellar Casein contains milk (casein). It may contain traces of gluten, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. It is sweetened with sucralose. The exact ingredient list for each flavor is shown on the label.
