MST® Selenium provides 200 µg of selenium per tablet from L-selenomethionine, an organic form of selenium. The bottle contains 90 tablets and lasts 90 days when taken at 1 tablet daily - around three months. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system and normal thyroid function, helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
