I’ve been taking L-Carnitine 1000 mg before my workouts and really like it. I feel more energetic during training and it’s easy to add to my daily routine. After using it consistently along with regular workouts, I’ve also noticed good changes in my shape. The tablets are convenient, and my order arrived quickly and well packed. Very happy with the product and service!
