What is MST® Best Protein Isolate?

MST® Best Protein Isolate (WPI) is a protein powder based on whey protein isolate (89.7%, milk protein), obtained through cross-flow membrane filtration (CFM). Best Protein Isolate also contains the DigeZyme® multi-enzyme complex with amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, and lipase. Protein contributes to an increase in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. Protein also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

What is the difference between Best Protein Isolate and Best Whey + Enzyme?

Best Protein Isolate is based on whey protein isolate, while Best Whey + Enzyme is based on whey protein concentrate. For the isolate, the whey protein is further purified using cross-flow membrane filtration. Both products contain the DigeZyme® enzyme complex. You can find the exact nutritional values per serving in each product’s nutrition facts table.
