Si sudáis tanto como yo entrenando, esto os interesa 💦
El Aqua Power Boost de MST es una bebida isotónica con electrolitos, y desde que la uso en los entrenos largos noto que llego al final con mucha más energía y sin esa sensación de estar “seca”.
Lleva Cluster Dextrin, que es un carbohidrato que se absorbe muy bien, y taurina. Me encanta para pierna, para cardio o para los días de calor (y en Andalucía son casi todos 😂).
El sabor manzana verde está buenísimo, fresquito y nada empalagoso. Me lo preparo en la botella y me la bebo a sorbos durante todo el entreno. Hidratarse bien también es entrenar bien

MST’s Aqua Power Boost is an isotonic drink with electrolytes, and since I started using it for long sessions I finish with so much more energy and without that “drained” feeling.
It has Cluster Dextrin, a carb that absorbs really well, plus taurine. I love it for leg day, cardio or hot days (and in southern Spain that’s almost every day 😂).
The green apple flavour is so good, fresh and not too sweet. I mix it in my bottle and sip it throughout my whole workout. Hydrating well is part of training well
